At TRL Handmade Furniture, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your new home additions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original protective wrapping to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your home.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
