How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each item is handmade specifically for you, our standard lead time is typically 6 to 8 weeks. This allows for meticulous construction, finishing, and quality inspections before your piece is shipped.
Do you offer custom dimensions or finishes?
Yes, we specialize in customization. If you need a specific size, wood species, or stain to match your existing decor, please contact our design team through our custom request form for a personalized quote.
How is the furniture delivered, and is assembly required?
We use specialized white-glove furniture carriers for most deliveries to ensure your items arrive safely. Most of our pieces are shipped fully assembled or require minimal setup, such as attaching table legs, which we provide clear instructions for.
What is your return policy for handmade items?
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost. For standard items, we offer a 14-day return window; however, custom-designed pieces are final sale once production begins.
How should I care for my solid wood furniture?
To maintain the beauty of the wood, we recommend dusting with a soft, lint-free cloth and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners. Keep your furniture away from direct heat sources and maintain consistent humidity levels in your home to prevent natural timber movement.
